How To Build Muscles - The EASY way!

First off - there's no EASY way in the literally sense of creating muscle growth. It IS however easy to understand HOW a muscle reacts to overload and by simply knowing that you can train thereafter as well.

My previous post discussed how a large amount of folks are lifting too light and are therefore limiting themselves from potential muscle gains.

Today we'll talk about how you can change that.

With no further chit-chat, let's dive right into it:

How To Build Muscles - The EASY Way?

Lift heavy! Heavy is of course highly subjective, it's all relative to your body. Point is though, the greatest gains you'll see will come when you lift heavier weights and fewer repetitions.

You have to test it out a bit to see where you're at. How much can you lift if you really give it your absolute best? After that 1 max repetition, get down in weight a bit. It should still be heavy for you, but try to, in the repetitions you do, lie between 4 and 6. It's okay if you do 2-3 too, but in general - you should be able to do 4 repetitions but not over 6 before muscle failure. If you can do more than six reps with that weight, then you're lifting too light and should move it up a notch.

This overload training will have dramatic effects on your muscles - and they will thank you by adapting to the amount of stress you put them through = Muscle growth.

Next time we'll talk about sets and how to tackle them.

Why Most People Fail Building Muscles

For those of you who regularly visits the gym you cannot have missed these people; they are all in the same boat and neither one of them are pleased with where they are heading - namely nowhere.

They are the one's that look themselves in the mirror and aren't pleased with what they are seeing; they are the one's that - still - continue doing what they've always done - time after time after time.

They are the one's that keep pumping those repetitions for what feels like an eternity; they are the one's that uses low weights and hardly breaks a sweat after they're finished; they're also the one's that are doing the most common mistake in the bodybuilding industry.

What mistake is that?

They are NOT overloading the muscle! That, my friends, is the REAL reason why most people fail to build muscles - they are simply not giving the muscle a reason to grow.

Next time we'll talk about what you can do to change this destructive training pattern.
