How To Build Muscles - The EASY way!

First off - there's no EASY way in the literally sense of creating muscle growth. It IS however easy to understand HOW a muscle reacts to overload and by simply knowing that you can train thereafter as well.

My previous post discussed how a large amount of folks are lifting too light and are therefore limiting themselves from potential muscle gains.

Today we'll talk about how you can change that.

With no further chit-chat, let's dive right into it:

How To Build Muscles - The EASY Way?

Lift heavy! Heavy is of course highly subjective, it's all relative to your body. Point is though, the greatest gains you'll see will come when you lift heavier weights and fewer repetitions.

You have to test it out a bit to see where you're at. How much can you lift if you really give it your absolute best? After that 1 max repetition, get down in weight a bit. It should still be heavy for you, but try to, in the repetitions you do, lie between 4 and 6. It's okay if you do 2-3 too, but in general - you should be able to do 4 repetitions but not over 6 before muscle failure. If you can do more than six reps with that weight, then you're lifting too light and should move it up a notch.

This overload training will have dramatic effects on your muscles - and they will thank you by adapting to the amount of stress you put them through = Muscle growth.

Next time we'll talk about sets and how to tackle them.

Why Most People Fail Building Muscles

For those of you who regularly visits the gym you cannot have missed these people; they are all in the same boat and neither one of them are pleased with where they are heading - namely nowhere.

They are the one's that look themselves in the mirror and aren't pleased with what they are seeing; they are the one's that - still - continue doing what they've always done - time after time after time.

They are the one's that keep pumping those repetitions for what feels like an eternity; they are the one's that uses low weights and hardly breaks a sweat after they're finished; they're also the one's that are doing the most common mistake in the bodybuilding industry.

What mistake is that?

They are NOT overloading the muscle! That, my friends, is the REAL reason why most people fail to build muscles - they are simply not giving the muscle a reason to grow.

Next time we'll talk about what you can do to change this destructive training pattern.

The Muscle Gain Truth No-Fail System

Have you ever noticed that 95% of the people going at the gym never really improve their bodies? I mean, isn't that strange? They go there week after week - doing the same repetitions, doing the same sets and the same workouts - and yet, for the majority of people - those results they so passionately desire will never come. Some will quit, and others will desperately keep on trying. And fail.

Now, the real question is - why do they fail?

Well, they may have the persistence and ambition - but they lack the right information. It doesn't matter how often you visit the gym - it matters how effective you are at the gym. Having the right mindset is not anything worth without the right information, just as the right information is not anything worth without the right mindset - they both need each other. And this is where a man called Sean Nalewanyj enters the story.

Who is Sean Nalewanyj?
Sean is a former extremely skinny guy, that guy people used to mock in school for being so skinny. Perhaps a lot of that is what made him so highly motivated to turn it all around and if you've seen his physique today - you'll see that he succeeded. He went from basically a zero to hero and became one of the most popular fitness coaches there is. And one of the reasons he maintains his high status in the bodybuilding industry is through his best-selling muscle building program The Muscle Gain Truth No-Fail System.

What is The Muscle Gain Truth No-Fail System?
A comprehensive 266-page e-book packed with 6 support modules and 6 bonus items. It contains...

The Muscle Gain Truth No-Fail System also comes with a 8-week money back guarantee, if you, for any reason at all, wouldn't be pleased with the program.

Cons
The only con I can possibly think of with the Muscle Gain Truth is that Sean doesn't deliever personal support. To get access to his personal email training one need to  upgrade to the gold package - which also contains The Bodybuilding Inner Game E-book and an advanced Cardio and Fat Loss Course for those who are also interested in slim down their bodies.

The gold package is not crucial for your success though - it's just something to think about if you feel in need of personal assistance from Sean himself - more than he already offers with the basic package.

Summary
The Muscle Gain Truth No-Fail System was rated as the best selling muscle building program for 2006 and I find it hard to believe that there is a muscle building course out there more outstanding than this one. It truly is something for everyone - whether you're a complete beginner or a more advanced muscle builder - there is advice worth it's money even for the experienced.

Sean lays it all out easy to understand and easy to follow - Sean provides the information and if you're serious enough to implement it - you can rest assure that you will see severe muscle gains.

Who Am I?

The first time I ever laid a hand on a dumbbell was when I was 20 years old. I had never been to the gym before and didn’t know anything about either training or nutrition. I had been told by the local gym to...

...do about 8-12 reps per set.
...do one set per exercise I'm using.
...do 3-4 exercises with the lower body and 5-6 with the upper part of the body per workout.
...move fast from exercise to exercise so I train my condition at the same time.
...do a cardio workout right after the weight training.
...train 3 times a week.
For nutrition I was recommended to eat meat and buy the supplements in the gym. If I did this - surely I'd get the muscles I was after.

I thought it sounded cool and was eager to begin. Over four months later I expected to see at least some kind of results – but instead, I ironically seemed to lose rather than to gain muscles. I got disappointed, and disappointment usually leads to lack of motivation – and you all know what that leads to…

I never questioned the information I got though. I just took for granted that it was my fault. It wasn’t until many years later when I came across a muscle program called The Muscle Gain Truth by a guy called Sean Nalewanyj, I started to realize why I had failed so miserably.

Everything I knew – or thought I knew, was for the first time questioned and the more I read – the more it sparkled my motivation. I decided to renew my gym membership and do a comeback – this time with some brand new information. And believe it or not – it worked.

And because it worked – the motivation I felt grow into a passion and now I’ve decided to make a whole blog with the focus on bodybuilding.

I know from experience that a lot of folks hate long essays – so I’ll try to keep my blog posts around 100-300 words and update it 2-4 times a week. And if you have any questions or just want to tell me about your own results – you can always drop me a mail at kevlarsoul@mail.com.

Oh, I almost forgot – if you’re interested in reading my review of Sean’s Muscle Gain Truth program – click here.
